Refund Policy

Withdraw/Drop/Defer Studies

Please note that regulations regarding course deferment, drop, and withdrawal may vary based on individual circumstances and institutional policies. It is imperative to familiarize yourself with the specific guidelines outlined by the institution or academic department regarding these processes. For personalized guidance and assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to your administrative office. They will provide you with the necessary information and support to navigate deferment, course drop, and withdrawal procedures effectively. The details of refund/withdrawal/Deferment will be indicated within the study contract and offer letter.

The Deferment Fee: THB 2,000 up to 1 year deferment only

Refund Policy - the basics 

In adherence to our policies, the refund procedure initiates with the submission of a formal withdrawal request form, subject to approval by the admissions office. Full refunds are exclusively applicable if the request is made before 10 days before the semester's commencement.

  • If courses have commenced for more than 1 week (7 days), a 60% refund will be processed.

  • No refunds will be available if courses have been in session for more than 2 weeks.

It is imperative to note that the registration fee and deposit tuition fee are non-refundable, as stipulated in the study contract and offer letter.

Please be advised that refunds are not applicable for short courses/workshops or workshops.

TIME LINE FOR REFUND PROCESS

The refund process is subject to a timeframe of up to 50 days from the date the Request form is approved by the admission office.
